Hello, I am 30 and have a lump on my forehead. From looking at pics it looks like it’s been there the last 2 years.( maybe longer???) But seems to come and go?? I only noticed it the last 4 days when it suddenly began to hurt and it does now look like it has increased abit in size. I don’t want to go to the doctor but does anyway know any home remedies I could use? Or has anyone had experience with this? Thanks

Why don't you want to see the Dr? That would be your best option. Most surgeries are doing video consultations.
A pharmacy is another option?

I never really liked going to the doctors, and have only ever gone when I’ve tried everything else...

Yeah I suppose I could try a pharmacy when I get a chance

I think after two years you're past the home remedies stage and you need a diagnosis now. Aloe Vera gel is good for reducing swelling, as is horse liniment (Ice Blue by Carr & Day & Martin is good), but really you need to know the cause after all this time not just treat the symptom. What if it's something serious you're ignoring? My friend had a seizure in her sleep and she only knew because she lived with her parents and they heard her head banging on the bedside table.

You've had it for 2 years but don't really want to go to the doctor! I think you're bonkers. Good luck with the home remedies.
