My DD is 21 months she started with this round spot on her foot I just assumed maybe she’d stepped on something hard. However in the recent days it’s come out with what looks like black dots. No one else in the household has a verucca and with lockdown we haven’t been anywhere for a long time. Any idea what it could be? It doesn’t seem to be hurting when I press on it
