Maclaren volo was on offer in my local giant asda for £25 a while back

that is the only lightweight buggy worth having IMO

Second the Volo. Bought mine for £39 from Kiddicare in the summer. They still have loads left though - either in a foul tasteful orange or salmon pink colurway.
