Help identifying a logo please - man caught weeing on CTV

This man was caught on cctv having a wee next to someone's door, like a foot from the door.

Can anyone recognise the lanyard logo please?

Looks like a football club logo to me. Not sure where you are in the country, do any local teams have blue and white as their colours?

I was going to say football too. But you can get custom lanyards with anything you like on, it isn't necessarily a logo.

Hi, he's wearing a gilet with the rangers logo on it, but the lanyard pattern does't look like rangers?

Anywhere nearby that might give their employees a lanyard to wear? Companies? Factory? Shop?
Could be someone from out the area stopping off for a pee, is is his bus pass?

I would say it looks like a rangers fc lanyard though. Was there a match on that day?
