Best wake up light alarm clock?

Just wondering if any of you have one of these bodyclock light alarm clocks? I'm finding it very difficult to wake up at the moment and I have always like the thought of one of these alarm clocks which gradually increase the light until its time to wake up.

I have seen lumie have brought out a budget version, but I've read the reviews and seems like this one does not increase light gradually and the light is too bright.

Would love to hear what one would work best Smile

IIRC mine is a lumie 75. I've had it a decade and it's still got the same bulb. Gradual wake up and sunset bulb. 5 wake up noises.

DS has a reconditioned lumie. It has a sunrise and sunset option. I think it's the basic one. He's had it for 2 years with no problems.

I have a Phillips one. It’s very good.
It has 10 brightness settings you can choose from, and increases gradually to your chosen setting.

Do you really need "the best" one? I bought a cheapie one a year ago, and it really has made a difference - no need to spend a fortune...

I don't particularly need the best one, just a decent one which you can change the light settings on, as on some reviews I saw that people said the light had very few settings and went from dull to very bright quite quickly.

I will check out the link thank you :)

I have an Echo Show and find it really good as a gentle wake up.
