... one of these. DS2 is desperate for one, although I've had to explain that it will not actually allow him to fly.

Preferably in the UK as I don't want to pay extortionate shipping charges from the US for a silly hat!

I have, with no success. [sigh] Whizzz found one but it was out of stock.

It's the propeller bit that's difficult to fabricate.

You might be able to get the propellers from a pound shop or failing that, Hobbycraft (if you have one near you). Don't imagine Hobbycraft will be very cheap though.... .

Shipping is £5+ but if you have a local fancy dress shop, it may be worth asking them to get one in stock to save you the postage.

Or you could buy this one on ebay - for £3.89 & £2.92 shipping from the US!
