Microsoft update question??Please help

Has anyone else been asked to install this update - Microsoft GDI+ Detection Tool (KB873374)?
I'm a bit concerned as the user agreement seemed a bit dodgy.

haven't seen taht one but i did get a dubius popup that said it was an updater. looked good cos it had the pictures that windows use. Had a funny feeling about it tho as something didn't seem right. also noticed that if I have any updater from microsoft it comes as a speech bubble from toolbar. and takes me to microsoft so I can read about it.
Be very wary juniper.

yes I had that juniper. BTW if you're on XP think twice about installing service pack 2 - made my (new, fast laptop) crawl at snails pace.

nasa, is that the extra thing it mentions? thanks for the advice
