use a pop up killer. you can download one or if you have windows go to microsoft as they have pop up killer too. I hate pop ups!! a point to note is that if you have pop up killer on you may have to press ctrl button to see windows that you open from links or from sites you are using like shopping carts or details etc. as they will be treated as pop ups. also check if you have spyware or adware on cpu.
