Christmas dinner in the afternoon

Is it possible to book a posh meal on Christmas day for about 5p.m.? Or do most restaurants only do lunch? I've never eaten out on Xmas day before, so not really sure what's what, and all the websites I've been to are no help at all.

you could also try phonning some resturants and hotel resturants to see what they are doing for Christmas Day.
