is this a really ridiculous idea?

am going to move into temporary accomodation and in the mean time need to store some stuff from where i am living now until i get my permanent accomodation. I can't afford storage company costs but i only have a few items to store, is it a possibility to rent a garage?

Sounds like a good idea, unless you can persuade a friend to shove it all in the loft or something.

you can but security is poss none existant and mice etc have easy access.
