Just wondering how your house selling's going and also wanted to grumble about ours...
We had a second viewing yesterday and I was very stupidly getting all excited - but no offers...
Also had another first time viewer yesterday, making a total of about 28 I think. And still no offers.
There are about 5 houses on the market where we want to live that are affordable, but there's no point even looking at them as estate agents won't take offers unless we've got an offer on ours.
We're coming up to 11 months on the market now and it's driving me doolally......
