The letters are:

AAEEHLNPRSSST

The answer is something to do with Christmas, and it could be any number of words and letters in each word.

first instinct is to say 'present' but I cant make anything out of the remaining letters so i guess that's not right.

Jees that was quick!

My mum and I looked at this just about ALL afternoon. My mum (and other sisters) have been trying to get it for weeks. And you got it in less than 2 minutes. BTW my mum is absolutley brilliant at anagrams, but she was stuck on this one.
