Halloween dressing up for 4 year old boy

What can a 4 year old boy dress as for halloween? Last year I made him a furry black cat outfit, but it's now too small and I can't face making another, but would like to make something for him. Any ideas? Obviously if he was a girl a witch would be perfect...

I know this will sound boring and obvious but my ds (4) went as a ghost. Yep, double white sheet, holes for eyes and (learning from last year) hands. I ripped the bottom of the sheet to make rags and it looked brilliant. It was a last minute costume at his request cos he didn't like anything in the shops. Anyway, he had the right idea because among all the vampires, skeletons etc he won best costume twice! (made up for the very expensive costume I ended up buying ds2, sigh...)

Wizard - make/buy a hat, decorate with glitter and foil moons , and buy a simple cape.
Bat - face paint or make a mask form craft foam and elastic, dark top and bottom
Skeleton - cut out bone shapes from white sticky back plastic and stick to dark tracksuit.
