Anyone else struggle to sleep during a full moon?

There is no light from the moon through my curtains that keeps me awake, it's something more mysterious. I tend to sleep pretty well but there has been the odd occasion iv been wide awake and I don't know why. I get out of bed trying not to wake my husband and when I look out the window I see a full moon. I never know it's going to be a full moon, when this happens, till I look at the window. But only when I'm so alert in the middle of the night I always find that it's a full moon, just like tonight. Am I the only one?

I'm the same. I can tell when it's a full moon just by my sleep pattern even if there's cloud. Fecking annoying though.

No not alone, I also have this with a full moon. I feel so restless and just can’t sleep. Thought it was just me!

Not that I struggle to sleep but I feel that there's always a weird vibe when it's a full moon. My mum worked in social care and they always used to say you can tell it's a full moon as there's more suicides! Shock

Is it a full moon?

Could that be why my dog has been acting odd? Interesting
