Birthday Blues-I feel old!

I am not looking for sympathy here, love my Dh, kids, life in general (having had a health scare earlier this year and survived) BUT I FEEL OLD! Yes, I'm shouting, 'cos I do. Anyone else feel old and wrinkly? I used to be one of the people that got chucked out of pubs for being too young, even on my own 21st party and now I'm walking past building sites feeling like a f... granny!! My Dh loves me to bits and tells me I'm wonderful, sexy etc but life's busy and I'm tired. I am the the last person in my big family to have kids, my mum is only 65 and she's a Great Gran twice over. OK, I'm being naughty here, who is our oldest and youngest MN? Viva, I haven't heard from you for ages, where are you and how are you? Come on, someone must be older than me? I am looking forward to my birthday(not) but my kids are 'cos I heard them arguing about sellotape and paper etc!! Oh well, I'm off for my glass of wine!

When's the big day? I felt old when I turned 30 this year. Dh is closer to 40 and feels ancient.

I was 40 last week and can honestly say that the best thing about getting old is that you get less bothered about getting older. Felt traumatised by my 30th feel very comfortabnle at 40

I'm not that old, 32, but feel it. Was watching video of honeymoon the other night - it was only 5 years ago but I look soooo much younger....and fitter! Very toned and tanned and now with 3 ds's the youngest only 7 weeks old - I feel, and look, like an old hag!

I KNOW that I don't turn heads anymore, put it that way!
