I have been looking for a group in my local area (NW Kent) that concentrates on arts and crafts for pre-school children. I don't seem to be able to find one, so can anyone give me some advice on how to go about setting one up. Do you need to be registered, insured etc?? Does anyone know of a similar group in their own area that I could get some ideas from.
