My lovely nephew has been offered a job in Cowes and is looking for accommodation so that he can start.
He's searching constantly on line and calling agents etc but hasn't found anything yet and so can't give his new employers a start date.
Mumsnet has solved some conundrums in the past; can it help with this one I wonder

He is 30 years old, non smoker, clean and tidy (he's staying with us at the moment so I can genuinely vouch for him 
), intelligent, witty and an all round good egg.
He's open to any suggestions. He'll not know anyone on the island so a room in a house with others would be great.
