Amber teething necklaces? Anyone used them?

I hate hate giving him drugs pls tell me that it is worth getting an amber necklace

this isn't the same as a nursing necklace, I gather?

Hmmm, I got one for ds and believed in it totally. I really thought it worked. A year later someone pointed out it wasn't amber - just a fake plastic job
