How do you complain to a GP surgery?

I want to complain to my GPs but NOT official, rather would like to point out wasn't happy with what happened and that perhaps they should learn from it.

It is not regarding one GP rather a few of them plus a HV.

Any ideas how I go about this?

Thanks

Practice manager?

Yes, write to the practice manager

Your own GP?

I think it's fine to write a letter saying this isn't an official complaint but I wanted to let you know that I'm not happy with xx was dealt with and I think it should be dealt with differently in the future.

With the HV write to the Locality Manager at the headquarters of your local Primary Care Trust. He/She will be able to deal with whatever aspect of care the HV caused problems with.

I wrote a letter - there was a box provided for feedback, and I put it in there. Got a reply, too, so it wasn't a cunningly disguised recycling bin
