Apartment is still on market. Had a few viewings since end of August. No offers Market round here seems stagnant - same properties on the agents sites/local paper every week. We've seen a few we like. Have een been to view some. Can't see point in making an offer yet though as I suspect the partment will take longer to sell than it'll take us to buy - smaller market and all that.
DH's friend is an estate agents and is asking his contacts too, and one of DH's long term clients is interested in having a look apparantly - he spoke to DH earlier today about it. But...still waiting...
