anyone else had broadband problems when they had sky plus installed?

We had sky installed a week ago and since then our broadband has been disconnecting or running very slow.

I dont know if its connected to sky or not but seems a bit of a conincedence.

Our broadband is with tiscali.

I suspect that your little ASDN filter boxy thingy is in the wrong place.

It needs to be on hte main socet that comes into teh house so that the boradband is filtered properly. Any extensions should come out of this socket rather than out of the wall IYSWIM.

If you can't do this you will need to put an extra filter box thingy in for the Sky+ box
