A bit of a dull cleaning question

I need to give the outside paintwork of my house a bit of a clean. What cleaning product can I use that is gentle enough not to take off the paint work?

Thanks

Washing up liquid in war water should be OK. If you want something specifically for paintwork you could try sugar soap, that's what they normally recommend to wash down internal paintwork before repainting so it should be OK on external stuff too.

Fairy liquid and warm water and child labour! My dds adore doing this job!

Whatever you do, don't use Fairy Powerspray - my Mum did and it DID take the paint off
