Has anyone ever had any issues with receiving refunds from Glossybox??
I'm so annoyed.
I signed up about a year ago and had no problems at all. Last month I had 3 emails to say my box was being dispatched. Finally 3 weeks ago they tell me that actually it hadn't been dispatched and I would have my refund within 3-5 days. I read reviews online and saw they had loads of bad ones in terms of people getting their refunds so thought I would keep an eye on it. I never received it.
I messaged the Glossybox messaging centre to say I hadn't received it. I then noticed that they had charged me for the delivery as well for an item that they hadn't even dispatched. I've spoken to so many different members of staff who keep asking the same questions. One of them refunded me JUST the postage. Everyone keeps asking me my name and order number again and saying they will do a "refund check" and absolutely f*ck all is happening.
They are clearly trying to get away with not refunding me. How the hell do I get my refund??
