I have a daughter that is 7 years old, and I've been having trouble getting her to sleep in her own bed. Matters have made it worse since lockdown and now it's just a complete nightmare! She screams the house down, having to keep going up and down with her, i try and not get into conversation with her while she's crying her eyes out. I do have her on my bed every night, explains separation anxiety.
Can anyone give me some advice.
