I've changed my name for this but am a regular poster. I can't go into too much detail but I know of someone who would benefit from anger management and it's fairly urgent. Does anyone know how to get this, does it go onto personal/work/social services records etc and how quick could it be arranged? Thanks for any help. PS it's not me, honest but it's for someone fairly close to me and I am getting really worried about reactions to stressful situations. Thanks

psychotherapists/cognitive behaviour therapy may also help with people's reactions to stressful situations.

you can arrange to see a psychotherapist privately without a GP referral.

My dh is seeing a wonderful woman in West London. If your friend is in the area, I'm happy to pass the name on. Just CAT me. Otherwise, my dh originally contacted BAAM and they were very helpful.
