Nokia 103

Hi my dad has a Nokia 103, but suddenly it doesn’t ring when I phone him my name appears on the window but no ringing
Any ideas ? We’ve looked at the settings and can’t work it out

Does it work if someone else calls him?
There was a bug on an update a couple of years ago - solved by rebooting the phone.

It only happens when I phone him sorryiasked it’s really strange

Have you tried setting yourself up again as a new contact and deleting the existing one?
