?? i should go about 10 but always end up going at about 12 which is shite cos i almost always have to wake up to DD (aged 2.5) at least once a night and she is up promptly at 7. Just wondered what everyone else did - i go so late as it the only way i get evening time with DP

i went to bed at 8pm the other night. Ds has been poorly and waking up loads though. Normally about9.30 - 10. i'm terrible if i don't get enough sleep

harleyd · 19/09/2007 19:37

between 12 and 1 usually
would love to be in bed by 11 but it never seems to happen

Hathor · 19/09/2007 19:38

Anytime between 11 and 1. 11 is best.

CorrieDale · 19/09/2007 19:43

Pre-DD, 9.30-10.30
Post-DD, whenever DD goes to sleep. So about 8ish. Boring, boring but it means I get maximum sleep, which is more important than socialising with adults at the moment!

10.30 with DH. 11ish at weekends.

CaptainCaveman · 19/09/2007 19:51

Am asleep on the settee if not in bed before 11. Usually go to bed around 10 - 10.30. My God, I used to stay out til 4 am when I was a student nurse then be on an early shift for 7. How the hell did I qualify!!

Hulababy · 19/09/2007 19:52

On a work night - about 10:30pm, along with DH. Later at weekends.

EvangelinesMum · 19/09/2007 20:07

Usually by 9.30 - dd wakes up in the night sometimes for over an hour at a time and then is up for the day by 6 - I need LOTS of sleep! sometimes I nap with her in the day as well!

between midnight and 1AM, usually.

up for half seven.

Mercy · 19/09/2007 20:19

Schooldays - normally 10.30/11 and get up at 6.30.

School holidays - anytime, maybe up to 1.30 or so.

Although since Sunday I've been in bed at or before 10 and feel a bit better already.

Mercy · 19/09/2007 20:22

Does anyone else find the darker nights make them feel tired earlier?

(until you get used to it)
