I think I've got my head to to knots thinking about this, Add to the fact that it started from a place of long term frustration with a team member.
Can a person understand something so little they think they understand it fully?
Like the Dunner-Kruger Effect but with understanding rather than ability. Well, unless it already does, i sort of thought it did, but then I doubted it, and at this point I dont know!!)
