Hi! I tried to CAT you last night, but apparently your settings don't allow it. We've got an appointment through with independent ed psych for ds1, and I'd like to ask you a few questions about it (privately), and hopefully gain from the benefit of your experience.

Can you CAT me? Or is it possible for you to change your settings, so that I can try again to CAT you?

Yes, of course - CAT being sent now, so trust will have got forwarded by tonight.

oops honestly really I meant, I know sometimes there's an awful lot of CATs to forward, I've seen occasional pleas in the past about there being too many to deal with & all have to be done manually ...
