I didn't know what to ask for but got a lovely necklace from dh.
Just make sure it is something that you can use for you!

I had a really nice watch from DH for my 30th last year. But the best presse of all was a 'Me to You' Bear holding a heart with the word 'Mum' on it. DS was 13 days old. It made me feel all gooey inside.

You're really lucky oooggs - I'm still waiting for someone to buy me something 'to mummy' on behalf of my ds's who are too young to think of it themselves.

NOBODY thinks of it and I want a 'worlds best mummy' mug, OR SOMETHING!!!!!!

No idea but turning 30 for me was great. With age comes wisdom and the freedom to say and do what you like without worrying about what others think.

I second (or third) that - 30s are the best age (says she, who was 35 last Saturday)
