HELP!!!! with 7 yr old niece's birthday present please!!!!!!!!!

Hiya

I need to buy a birthday present for our niece who is turning 7.

The problem is, we hardly know her as she lives over in Australia and only met her once a few years ago.

She is over in the UK (for sad reasons - my husband's dad is poorly with terminal cancer, hence the visit) so whatever we buy needs to be easy to fit in a case to get home again.

No idea if she is girlie/tom boy etc!

Any suggestions greatly appreciated as I am off shopping today as we are seeing her tomorrow.

Budget around £30.

Hi, what about a MP3 player, Argos have lots under £30. My niece is 7 and i've bought her one for xmas.

Anything High School Musical should go down well as thats very popular at the moment.

Does she like jewellery, maybe a nice chain or watch.

It is SO hard as we last saw her when she was 3½yrs! No idea if she has an MP3 player, or a watch.... or anything in fact!
Maybe jewellery is a safe bet???
