Anyone worked in a chinese?

I know there is more serious things to discuss, but..

I'm desperate to make the salt and chili chips at home, I've tried some recipes. They didnt turn out great.

I need to know their secret!!!! Anyone actually worked in a chinese and can give me a recipe for that beautiful dish? Lol

is actually AMAZING, Chuck in some onions peppers and chilli flakes and they taste just like our Chinese!!

I've got that!! But I just didnt think it tasted like it, how much chili flakes did you use? And how much of that salt and pepper seasoning?

I want the dirty oily type of chinese chips Grin
