It’s my nans birthday next week and as I’m unable to go see her with all this covid-19 going on, I’d like to send her some flowers. Can anyone recommend a good flower delivery service?

Bloom and Wild....highly recommend them

I always phone (or order online) a florist local to the recipient. I find they offer the best deals & the best delivery options

I second Bloom and Wild.

I use both them and Cornish Blooms but they are not taking orders at the moment.

Serenata makes lovely bouquets.

FlyingFlowers are also good.

@TheMustressMhor I did look at flying flowers earlier and saw some nice ones! But thanks @Rugbycomet I’ll also have a look at bloom and wild then. How are they delivered? With Royal Mail?
@AmelieTaylor I did have a look at some local florists but most seem to be closed Sad

Bloom and Wild use RM....there flowers are always tip top. Very efficient and I’ve had plenty of people comment about how lovely the flowers were.. They arrive in bud and gradually open and last a decent amount of time.

Rugbycomet · 03/04/2020 12:52

Oopss...sorry, their flowers

BestIsWest · 03/04/2020 12:56

Yes, I’d recommend Bloom and Wild too.I’ve used and received from them a few times. I had tulips for Mother’s Day and they came with bulbs attached so I can plant them which I thought was lovely.

I love Bloom & Wild - the flowers come in a nice box, with a little leaflet with suggestions for arranging them (takes about 5 mins to trim stems and put in), and they last for absolutely ages (2-3 weeks for me usually) as they come in bud rather than already opened. They are gorgeous. Plus I like the company and how they generally behave.

Agree with bloom and wild. I had always avoided as they felt a bit corporate but I received some flowers recently and they lasted for ages. I immediately ordered some for my mum. Reasonably priced too.
