Hi all. In desperate need of advice. I signed up to TalkTalk but want to get out of contract now. Am within 20 day period where we can leave without charge. There is delay with go live date but had no contact with them to say when it will happen. Given COVID situation i'm worried they wont get round to setting us up! But there is no way of getting in touch via phone or email to cancel. Has anyone got any contacts for them? An email? I am going to cancel our direct debit but scared they'll come after us for money and want to show that I tried to get in touch to cancel. Thank you!
