I want my tubes tied

So sorry for the long story but I’m really quite frustrated.

So I’m 27yrs Young I have 4 beautiful children 3 girls 9,6,5 & 2yr old boy 😍

Now for some reason contraception fails me all the time, I’ve been pregnant 9 times in total 2 miscarriages, 3 terminations.

I had one termination go horribly wrong I nearly died, I told them I don’t want any more children but was told I’m too young ☹️

I’ve recently had another termination because the IUD failed. So this was my 9th pregnancy I’ve made it clear to everyone I don’t want anymore children but they keep saying the same thing, the NHS guidelines are anyone can be sterilised but to be guaranteed for it you need to have children and over 30.

I understand ppl who haven’t had children it may be a drastic thing to do, but I’ve got 4 my eldest has autism, Tourette’s & OCD, my 5yr is presenting signs of autism, so some days can be a real struggle.

Just because I’m 27 shouldn’t mean I can’t be sterilised as they can see contraception just doesn’t work for me.

So any advice in what I could do the change this decision would greatly appreciated, I do apologise for the long post.

Hi. I had my 3 children within 2 and a half years. I definitely knew that I didn't want any more ,as I'm not keen on them to be honest . I knew if we split up and my husband remarried then he would want another child. I also knew that if we split up and I remarried I would not have another baby so I decided that I should be the one to be sterilised. I asked my consultant about it while I was pregnant with my third and after a bit of uming and ahing he agreed . I had it done 3 days after the birth aged 22. This was over 40 years ago though. I've never regretted it .
Guidelines are just that. They are not written in stone and are not the law . You need to keep going back and badgering them . Ask for a second , third and even fourth opinions . Multiple terminations are so bad for your mental health . Fingers crossed . I hope you can make them see sense.
