Following on from my dental implant thread I now need to decide how on earth I am going to pay for it [gulp face needed]. I don't normally like discussing finances, so sorry!!! Just wondered if anyone could suggest any good companies where I can get a reasonable loan rate. Would I be better off getting a credit card?
Any suggestions very gratefully received!!!!
I need to borrow about £2500-£3000 and need it within about 3 weeks.

Get a low rate loan without any penalties for paying back early and then get a credit card that does balance transfers and no interest for 6 months - that way yuo get the loan pay off with the CC and will be able to pay back interest free - when 6 months up just switch it to another card!!

I think the supermarkets do pretty good deals on personal loans. First Direct is usually rated well for fast and efficient customer service, if they do personal loans would definitely consider.

Cahoot have a flexible loan....and I think Barclaycard have 0% until Sept 05.
Tesco have (had?) 0% on purchases for 6 months (so if they take cc - you don't need the loan)

Sainsbury's bank currently offer 0% on purchases for 9 months - see www.moneyfacts.co.uk for the best deals at all times
