Just started selling on ebay.
Sold one item on Tuesday. the highest bidder has 100% positive feedback (most of the comments on these feedbacks stating that she is a super fast payer). i have invoiced her at about 2h after the sale ended, have also received an email from e-bay saying she's agreed to buy the item (I assume the ebay email is just automatically generated).

Today is Thursday and I still haven't heard anything from her and am totally confused as to what to do. should I send her another invoice? what could i say to her in a polite manner to get her moving?

btw, her winning bid was one of those automatic ones where ebay bids for you if you set a limit on what you want to spend.

well, i hope this makes some sense, i'm still not quite sure how it all works and have no idea what to do next.

any advice much appreciated.

Usually people wait 7 days from invoice then email her asking if she still wants the item. She may be on holiday! I once bid on a n item but went on holiday and when i got backl the lady had put the item back up for sale! If you can wait then give her 2 weeks then resell the item but email her first so she is aware of whats happening. One word of advice though dont leave feedback till you have had contact as you may leave neg feedback and it may be a genuine reason she hasnt contacted you and then she will leave neg feedback too!!!!! hope this makes sense!

I agree - wait 7 days and email her again.

Thank you very much for your replies.
It does make sense what you're saying.
So will give her 7 days to see what happens.
