Neighbour moving. What can I do?

My nice neighbour is moving as she sold and she's told me when she will be leaving (told me face to face when we had a little chat and she's put a card through my letterbox with the date she's moving & new address). What can I do or do I need to do anything as send off? Do I Invite her for tea, buy her a gift for her new home (I know she likes feeding birds- maybe a nice bird feeder), buy her flowers now or maybe send it to her new address after she been there for a week or 2? Are there any rules, etiquettes regarding this type of situation. I can recall she welcomed us when we moved here 5 years ago and that helped us settle a bit as we were the youngest people on our little cul-de-sac of only 9 houses.
Pls, can someone enlighten me if there are any rules or norms re this? Thanks

I think a small gift (like the bird feeder) and a ‘welcome to your new home’ card (sent to new address) is a nice gesture.
