Digital Photos

I have stored some photos taken with my digital camera on my computer but I now need to send one off to my friend. The trouble is they are too big and I can't remember how to make them smaller (kb size). Can anyone help soonish

Have you tried the Adobe photoshop elements as you can choose the size you want to send and has a direct link into your e mail too.
Really hope that someone comes along who can help you soon

i dont know about changing the size, but an option is uploading them into an album on a website like photobox for example and then you can select it to send to certain people

'save as' and change the format to JPEg???? perhaps...just an idea

Go to resize (dep on software) and resize to 600 by (whatever as it is automatic) and then SAVE. The box will come up which means you have to change to JPEG 24. Underneath it will say compress and you can compress to 35 to send it by email. HTH
