Hotmail - anyone else having problems?

Hotmail seems to be playing up - emails going missing, taking ages to arrive etc etc. Is anyone else having difficulty?

Yep - I've had some go missing, can't read attachments, take forever to arrive - is it something to do with the updates they're doing?
