My husband left me a month ago (we have a two year old and 4 month old!). He left suddenly and I suspect an affair was to blame. He's only been gone a month and has been on dates and seems to have moved on.
I'm getting there slowly too but every time I have to see him for the kids I get so anxious I feel sick!! To the point where I cancel dates to see the kids because I can't face it. I know this isn't good for the kids but it makes me feel physically and mentally poorly
Has anyone got any tips on how to cope with this?? I start counselling this week
