I winced when a local radio presenter said 'crap' twice in thirty seconds this morning.

I think Radio is slightly different to T.V as with T.V programmes it is scripted, and scheduled, so there is no excuse.
I dont know if there is still a watershed any more, but it certainly doesnt look like it.
I rarely have the T.V on any more, but when we did i remember being a bit worried about the same thing.
