Job Interview panic

I have a job interview this afternoon. I was a teacher for 20 years but haven’t worked for 3 years since we relocated about 300 miles. I have not been able to get a teaching job here - have applied for lots but never got an interview. Subsequently I have suffered with mental health issues and am on ADs.
Today I have an interview for a part time job locally. It is only a couple of hours a day (admin type role) but it would be a start. Every time I think about it I feel physically sick. The thought of actually walking into the interview makes me shake.
Any advice on how to get through this and do the best I can?

Since you were a teacher for 20 years, you would be bringing a lot of skills to the new job. How did the interview go?
