BANANA stains!!

Hello!!! Can anyone offer any advice for getting banana stains out of my DD's t-shirt please? I've tried Vanish pre-wash spray but it hasn't shifted!!! Any ideas and advice welcome please as it was a new top and i don't just want to throw it away!! Thank you x x

Oxi-clean spray shifts most things (apart from chocolate and baby poo, which Vanish is bettter for). But once a stain has been washed it tends to set and can be impossible to shift.

You could tie-dye the shirt to give it a new lease of life - I've done that with several of my LOs clothes. It was so successful that we now buy white clothes to dye ourselves!

I haven't found anything as yet that shifts banana, sorry. I'll keep lurking to see if some one does.

Same as Twit ,nothing i know of will shift it.

thank you all for your help! i've been told that baking powder or soda is supposed to be good for most stains, but not sure as haven't tried it!! if anyone finds anything........let me know!!! thank you x x

I've not had any bananana stainms, and I zap virtually everything with Oxi-Clean before washing.
