How serious is it that someone has stolen my DDs MSN address/account and is using it to talk to one of her friends?
We have reported it as a stolen account to MSN and rang all the friends she knows the phone numbers of to block her.
Also yesterday someone had accessed a Piczo website she shares with that same friend and added abuse but we have now had this site deleted.
Do you think it is someone they know and is there anything else we can do?
I don't know very much about MSN or Piczo but she says she hasn't given her passwords out to anyone.
