I've just been sent an email including a photograph of a label from a garment from a small American company, for sale in France - can't include a pic of the actual label unfortunately - after the washing instructions it says
"NOUS SOMMES DESOLES QUE NOTRE PRESIDENT SOIT UN IDIOT.
NOUS N'AVONS PAS VOTE POUR LUI."
Translation :
We are sorry that our President is an idiot.
We did not vote for him.
