There is a website which lists the start dates of Sales in UK shops. Does anyone know the address ?

I can recommend quite a few things:
goodnessdirect.co.uk - for organic food-they also have some good deals.
I have tried pier.co.uk (for furniture) - that's The Pier (shop)
And if you love cheese I can REALLY recommend : teddingtoncheese.co.uk (I have ordered several times and it is always delivered very early the next day which is convenient as you don't want the cheese to sit in a van in the sun - however it is very well packaged!)
And if you want to buy appliances (white goods), we found very good prices (much better than high street even the Comet and Curry's online) with freenet.ltd.uk and applianceonline.co.uk

Also if you are going to call the US a lot, have you tried onetel ? It's 3 or 4p a minute 24/24... that's certainly worth it (onetel.co.uk)... BT is a reep off !
