Not bad, and will be better now all DSs' and DH's birthdays are past!

I did buy two tops yesterday but they are to replace two that are just too worn out and knackered looking to wear to work any more.

And spent rather a lot fo money on getting hair coloured and cut but at least that's not a thing, is it?

I'm ashamed to admit I have rather a lot of kitchen gear, too, Pruners.

And picnic gear, and shoes and stuff.

The girls, oh, the girls and all their toys and junk.

I went to White Stuff sale at lunchtime and bought a top, a skirt and some cropped jeans. I am justifying it to myself in that I didn't really buy any summer clothes this year, and I can mainly keep these for next year, and they were in the sale...

I'm so proud of myself!

Today I bought: a Mars bar.

• £70 in Homebase (2 storage baskets for DD's room, 2 zinc planters, 3 lavender plants and 2 crocosmia plants)

• £10 in MacDonalds () on me, DD and DS1
