Does anyone else get really hungry during night feeds (breastfeeding)
I need ideas on snacks to take to bed that's easy to munch on that isn't total rubbish. Tia

I can't help because I'm currently up feeding my five week old with a box of maltesers. I've given myself six weeks to enjoy a bit of junk but am following for ideas!

I used to take up homemade flapjack, carrot sticks, cookies, occasionally (if I thought I was in for a bad night) I'd take up ham sandwiches. Always a bottle of water. Sometimes a thermos with tea in. I remember that awful cavernous hunger feeling!

I've been munching on cereal bars but there chocolate so don't think there that good for you 🙄 was thinking of carrot sticks also. Love the thermas idea but I've been told to kick the caffeine due to baby having reflux, not tried decaff tea yet, just not the same.

Yes! So hungry! I’ve been drinking the weetabix breakfast drinks overnight and that seems to help.

Yes! I get so so hungry. Currently feeding my baby too. Love the Maltesers @Lottt made me crave them now.

No suggestions of food though because I'm a cereal bar eater too Grin

Decaf Yorkshire tea isn't bad, probably better for sleep too. Could also try some herbal tea? I like chamomile tea in the evening. Can also help the hunger pain too!

The craving malteasers... I find I have more cravings now than when I did when I was pregnant 😂
