best, low budget, non-noisy sewing machine?

hey ppl. I'm after a decent quality, low budget sewing machine. Have been reading a few reviews, but just wanted some insights?

I shall be sewing a mixed range of fabrics, including pvc and denim. would love machine to also have an overlocker and buttonholer?

You normally need a seperate machine for overlooked but I have a brother sewing machine which is great. It's sturdy does thicker materials and buttonholes, it can also do free hand embroidery etc.
